Yay finally some more work today!!

Our cornices are now up throughout the home and the first coat of waterproofing has been done. Can't wait to see what is next!!

Friday 20th March

Second coat done for the plaster! All they need to do now is do the alfresco area and then they start the cornices!

Wednesday 18th March

The plasterer came to do the setting of all the plaster on the walls. Looking great now! First coat done, just needs sanding and a second coat to finish ready for the cornices.

Our water tank was also delivered today! Woo exciting stuff!

Gyprock is up!!!

Monday 16th March

Gyprockers were supposed to start Thursday but the insulation wasn't installed until Friday!

Our gyprock got put up in one day bar the alfresco area so super happy with how quick they worked!

Unfortunately no one was working at the house today but have been told they should be there tomorrow or Thursday to do the finishing of it! It's getting very exciting seeing it all come together!

I love how some of the rooms are taking shape! Love my big hallway!

Tuesday 10th & Wednesday 11th March

The electrical rough in was completed over the last 2 days and is looking awesome! I am so glad we decided to do the extra lights and our pendants to be done! Weaso decided at the last minute to get the electrician to do the nbn installation for us! This makes it one less thing I need to worry about!

I find it so fascinating how it is all put together and just how some little wires has such an impact of the running of a home!

The insulation also arrived today ready for the gyprock tomorrow! Bring it on!!! Can't wait to see what it looks likes!

Eaves & front facade complete

Driving up to our house today I was so excited to see our facade finished (except the moroka) it looks absolutely amazing!! I am so in love with how it is looking!

They finished the eaves today and installed the sliding door frames which is for the walk in, laundry and hallway.

We just have the electrical rough in and insulation and then the gyprock will be done next Thursday!
